The Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (DHA) Karachi invites open auction bids for the demolition and auction of a marquee located at Carlton Hotel in Phase VIII, DHA Karachi. The marquee at Carlton Hotel near DA Marina Club is available for sale on an as-is, where-is basis under the standard rules and regulations governing DHA auctions. This procurement is part of the asset management operations of DHA Karachi, which manages over 8,797 acres and serves numerous families across the Defence Officers Housing scheme.
Prospective bidders must meet the eligibility criteria as per DHA's procurement guidelines. Interested participants are required to inspect the marquee on 14 July 2026 between 1000 hours and 1300 hours at the Carlton Hotel site in Phase VIII, DHA Karachi. Bidders are invited to submit their bids on 15 July 2026 at 1100 hours at the same location. The successful bidder must pay 25 percent of the total bid amount plus applicable taxes as advance payment on the same day, with the balance amount including taxes to be deposited within 7 days. DHA Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons.
