Description / Scope of Work
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Pakistan is seeking to engage an individual contractor for the position of Senior Strategic Advisor for the National Governance Program under reference UNDP-IC-2026-160. This is a 12-month assignment encompassing 120 working days, with the contractor's designated duty station in Islamabad, Federal Province. The contract value is fixed regardless of changes in cost components, and payment will be made upon receipt of deliverables. The position requires a senior-level advisor to provide strategic guidance and technical expertise in support of Pakistan's national governance initiatives.
Prospective contractors must register with the UNDP Quantum supplier portal system to submit their proposals. Interested candidates should ensure they have a valid supplier profile, as proposals must be submitted directly through the portal and no other submission method is accepted. The procurement process is an individual contractor engagement, and all clarifications must be requested in writing via the portal messaging functionality. UNDP will respond to queries in writing without identifying the source of inquiry.
Proposals must be submitted no later than 9 July 2026 at 06:00 AM New York time through the supplier portal at http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org.
