Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for the procurement of filter elements for various aviation stations across the country. The request for quotation (RFQ) reference AM-19754YP covers multiple filter components including coalescers and separators required for aviation fuel handling facilities in Peshawar, Islamabad, and Lahore. The total scope includes 10 Coalescer elements (I-644C5F2), 4 Separator elements (SO-638VA5), 12 Coalescer elements (CAA33-5SB), 8 Separator elements (SS609FF-5), 5 Coalescer elements (CAA43-5W), 2 Separator elements (SS636FB-5), and 21 Coalescer elements (I-656C5TB) for delivery to Peshawar Aviation Station, Nur Khan Base Aviation Station, and Lahore Aviation Station. All elements must comply with EI 1581 standard in its latest edition and be suitable for installation in Faudi and Velcon vessel models as specified.
Quotations are invited from vendors capable of supplying approved equivalent filter elements with appropriate similarity certificates and metallic identification plates. All elements must be accompanied by similarity sheets and identification plates only as specified for each item. Vendors must ensure compliance with technical specifications including vessel make, model, and serial numbers as documented for each aviation station location.
Quotations must be submitted by 09.07.2026 on or before the specified time.
