Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd (ZTBL), a state-owned financial institution, invites electronic bids for the disposal of motorcycles through open auction on an as-is-where-is basis via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. This disposal activity follows the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024 and is open to individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, private and public limited companies, holding companies, state-owned enterprises, non-governmental organizations, and international governmental organizations. The auction covers multiple motorcycles being disposed of by the bank, with the activity searchable under Disposal Activity ID D10103 on the EPADS portal.
Bidders must meet specific eligibility criteria to participate in this e-auction. All prospective bidders are required to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes, and must maintain active status on the Active Taxpayer List. Professional Engineering Council (PEC) registration may be required in certain cases involving civil, electrical, or mechanical works disposal. The e-bidding process is conducted entirely online through registered EPADS v2.0 accounts, and manual bids are not accepted under any circumstances.
Bidders can access detailed e-bidding documents, terms and conditions, and technical specifications on the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ by searching for Disposal Activity ID D10103. The e-auction remains open until Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with online evaluation scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders may increase their offers multiple times until the closing deadline, after which the highest bidder is automatically selected as the winner by the EPADS system.
