Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed electronic bids from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the supply of brake fluids in DOT-3 and DOT-4 grades in drums and small pack quantities at LMT and LMPA facilities in Sindh for a four-month requirement period. The tender reference is LT-19750-JA and will be conducted through a single stage two envelope bidding procedure exclusively via the SAP Ariba Portal. This procurement is intended to meet the operational needs of PSO's distribution and maintenance facilities across the region.
Eligible bidders must demonstrate adequate past relevant experience in the supply of automotive fluids and possess sound financial capabilities to fulfill the contract obligations. Prospective bidders are required to provide valid NTN and GST/PST certificates along with CNIC documentation of the owner or authorized representative. Vendors must be active taxpayers registered with the relevant tax authorities. All bids must be submitted electronically through the SAP Ariba Portal and must comply with the prescribed bidding procedure and documentation requirements as specified in the tender documents.
Tender documents are available for collection through the SAP Ariba Portal from 24 June 2026 until 09 July 2026 between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically by 09 July 2026 at 02:15 PM, and bid opening will commence on 09 July 2026 at 03:00 PM onwards through the portal.
