Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Mardan Region, invites sealed quotations for the supply of goods as detailed in the attached tender schedules. This tender enquiry MRD/TE/003/26 is issued by the Procurement Office, Mardan Region, and covers items to be delivered on a carriage paid basis to the SNGPL Regional Office Stores at Industrial State, Main Nowshera Road, Janabad, Near Khattak Kanta, Mardan. All deliveries must be consigned carriage paid to the specified address, with delivery challan in triplicate accompanying each consignment. Quotations must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, levies, and sales tax, with clear indication of GST rates if different from the standard 18% rate.
Eligible bidders must furnish a Bid Securing Declaration as per Appendix-I, which serves as a guarantee of acceptance of the purchase order should their bid be selected as lowest evaluated. The bid security declaration is mandatory and failure to provide it in original form will result in the bid being considered non-responsive and not read during tender opening. Bidders must provide exact brand names, make, and country of origin for all quoted items, including relevant leaflets and brochures. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes headed "Confidential" and addressed to the Senior Officer (Procurement), SNGPL Regional Office Stores, with quotations remaining open for minimum 60 days from tender closing date.
Quotations must be received by 14:00 Hours on 09.07.2026 at the SNGPL Regional Office Stores, Mardan. Tender opening will occur publicly at 14:30 Hours on the same day, with only authorized representatives of bidders permitted to attend. Late delivery charges of 1% per week (maximum 10%) will apply for delays beyond the contracted delivery period, except in cases of force majeure. Payment will be made within 30 days of goods receipt.
