Description / Scope of Work
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan invites competitive bids for the procurement of laptops through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). This is a single stage two envelope national competitive bidding procedure for the supply of laptop computers. The tender reference is T# 25(ii)/25-26 and bids will be received and opened in Islamabad, the capital city where SECP is headquartered at the NICL Building, Blue Area. The procurement scope covers new laptop machines to be supplied to the Commission for its operational requirements.
Bidders must be authorized service providers, principal's authorized dealers, distributors, partners, or resellers based in Pakistan and registered with the Federal Board of Revenue or respective provincial revenue boards for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. Eligible bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List maintained by the Federal Board of Revenue or relevant tax authority. A bid security or bid bond is required as per the detailed bidding documents. All bids must comply with the technical specifications and conditions outlined in the procurement documents.

Bids must be submitted only through EPADS on or before 1430 hours on July 14, 2026, with opening scheduled for 1500 hours the same day.
