Description / Scope of Work
Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites electronic bids through Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure for the reclamation of irreparable damaged transformers of various capacities including 25-KVA (190 units), 50-KVA (187 units), 100-KVA (197 units), 400-KVA (20 units), and 630-KVA (25 units). The transformers, having nil to 100 percent copper and nil to 20 percent shortage of core with damaged tanks, bodies, tubes, top cover and base plate, will be reclaimed on an "as is where is" basis as per WAPDA Specification No. DDS-84:2020 (amended to date) using prime materials including new oil and new enamelled copper wire. The work involves free pick-up from regional stores and free delivery at FCS regional stores located in Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha, and Mianwali in Punjab. Rates should be quoted in local currency without foreign exchange element and exclusive of General Sales Tax.
Bidders must submit original Bid Security Instruments before the closing deadline. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available at EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). The Notification of Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) constituted under Rule-48 of PPRA Rules 2004 is provided on the EPADS platform. Prospective bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility requirements and possess necessary credentials for transformer reclamation work.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 09 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled at 11:30 AM the same day at the office of Director (Material Management) FESCO, Old Thermal Plant, Abdullahpur, Faisalabad.
