Description / Scope of Work
The Medical Wing HQ Pakistan Rangers Punjab invites e-bids from eligible bidders for bulk procurement of medicines, disposable items, laboratory equipment, operating theatre supplies, X-ray materials, and dialysis items for the financial year 2026-27. This national-level competitive procurement is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The Medical Wing, located at Zarrar Shaheed Road HQ Pakistan Rangers Punjab in Lahore Cantt, Punjab, has reserved funds to cover eligible payments under this contract for medical supplies and equipment.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and meet standard eligibility criteria for participation. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or bank guarantee as specified in the bidding document, or alternatively, a bid security declaration if not required by the procuring agency. Bidders are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria, evaluation procedures, item specifications, and contract terms detailed in the complete bidding document before submission.
E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, July 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0; manual bid submission will not be accepted.
