Children Hospital Faisalabad invites walk-in registrations for local purchase on day-to-day (LPDD) vendors to supply medicines, surgical disposables and medical devices for the financial year 2026-27. This is a recurring vendor registration framework issued under the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab, following procurement guidelines SO(P-I)/H/LP Guidelines/2023 dated 9th January 2023. The walk-in interview will be held on 27 August 2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent, Children Hospital Faisalabad. Registered pharmacies must be located within a maximum radius of 10 kilometres from the hospital premises. The procurement covers approved brands of medicines and surgical disposables as determined by the hospital's Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, supplied without deviation in the same strength, pack size and dosage form.
Eligible vendors must hold a valid drug sale license issued on Form-9 by the licensing authority and possess a minimum of one year's experience in the sale of medicines and surgical disposables issued by CDC Lahore. Bidders are required to submit a performance guarantee of Rs. 50,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), refundable upon satisfactory completion of the registration period. Mandatory documents include attested copies of CNIC (proprietor), Income Tax Registration Certificate, Sales Tax Registration Certificate, valid drug sale license, an affidavit on judicial paper, and a company profile with nominated representative details including name, CNIC and contact number. All submissions must be made electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk before the tender closing time.
Bidding documents are available on the websites of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), Children Hospital Faisalabad (chf.edu.pk) and the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. The tender closes on 27 August 2026 at 09:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled for 09:30 AM the same day.
