Children Hospital Faisalabad invites walk-in registrations for local purchase on day-to-day (LPDD) vendors to supply medicines, surgical disposables and medical devices for the financial year 2026-27. Mandatory documents include attested copies of CNIC (proprietor), Income Tax Registration Certificate, Sales Tax Registration Certificate, valid drug sale license, an affidavit on judicial paper, and a company profile with nominated representative details including name, CNIC and contact number.
