Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, based in Karachi, invites bids for the procurement of self-adhesive binding tapes as per sample specifications under tender reference LP/T-4139(B)/26/AA. This is a single-stage two-envelope procurement procedure open to eligible bidders. The bidding documents are available immediately upon publication of this invitation and detail the complete technical specifications, schedule of requirements, and contractual terms governing the supply of these adhesive binding tapes to the corporation's facility in Malir Halt, Karachi.
Bidders must submit samples along with their bids; bids without accompanying samples will be rejected summarily. A maximum of two samples with separate prices are permitted per bidder. All pages of the bid document must be duly signed and stamped by the bidder. Clear details and specifications of materials to be used are mandatory, and all make or brand references should be read in conjunction with the word equivalent. The procurement follows Public Procurement Rules and requires compliance with all stated conditions; non-compliant bids will be rejected immediately.
