Description / Scope of Work
The Nuclear Institute of Medicine & Radiotherapy (NIMRA) at Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences (LUMHS) in Jamshoro, Sindh, invites bids for the auction of unserviceable stores and miscellaneous scrap materials. The auction will be conducted on an "as is where is" basis, allowing interested parties to acquire scrap items currently held at the NIMRA facility. Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the scrap materials at the NIMRA address in Jamshoro during standard office hours from 08:30 AM to 10:30 AM on any working day up to and including 11 July 2026, excluding Sundays.
To participate in the bidding process, interested parties must deposit a non-refundable security amount of Rs.1,000/- in the form of cash or a bank draft made payable to the Head LAO-NIMRA. This deposit is mandatory to obtain detailed terms and conditions of the auction and to participate in the bidding. Upon successful bid, the winning bidder must deposit 25% of the auction price on the spot, with the remaining 75% due within five days. Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in forfeiture of the deposit money. Government-prescribed tax rates will be charged to the successful bidder, and removal of scrap materials must be completed within one week after full payment at the bidder's own expense.
The auction is scheduled for 11:00 AM on 11 July 2026 at the NIMRA facility in Jamshoro. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the full auction or any part thereof at their discretion.
