The Pakistan Cricket Board invites sealed bids for the auction of different kinds of scrap and waste material placed at National Bank Stadium in Karachi, Punjab. The auction will be conducted on an as-is and where-is basis, with sealed applications required to be submitted by 11:00 AM PST on 13th July 2026. The auction encompasses various scrap and waste items currently held at the stadium facility, with successful bidders responsible for collection and removal within one week of winning the bid. The tender notice provides a comprehensive procurement opportunity for waste material recovery and recycling in Karachi.
Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a CDR amounting to Rs. 100,000 in favor of the Pakistan Cricket Board, which will be refunded upon completion of the disposal process. A non-blacklisting affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper is required from all applicants. Interested parties are eligible to visit and inspect the auctionable material from Monday to Thursday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM during office hours at the National Bank Stadium Karachi, or may request documents via email. Prices must be quoted as per the unit of measurement specified in the items list, and the auction will be awarded on an item-wise highest rate basis for each lot.
The successful bidder will be required to depute a focal person to supervise the collection process and will bear all transportation, supervision, weighing, labor and associated costs. Signed documents must be provided upon lifting of scrap and waste material as collected. All winning bidder amounts must be submitted in advance, with taxes levied as per prevailing law.
