Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Cricket Board invites electronic bids from well-reputed, experienced and professional entities for the upgradation of National Bank Stadium Karachi under Phase II. This project involves renovation and modernization works at the National Bank Stadium located in Karachi, Punjab. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must be Active Taxpayers to be eligible for participation in this single-stage two-envelope procurement process.
Eligible bidders must be professionally registered entities with demonstrated experience in similar stadium upgradation and construction projects. All bidding entities are required to maintain active tax compliance status with Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders must carefully review the detailed requirements, terms and conditions provided in the Electronic Request for Proposal (RFP) available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal to understand all technical specifications, financial requirements and bid security obligations.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk by 11:00 am on 13 July 2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am on EPADS. The complete RFP document containing detailed requirements is available for download on the EPADS portal. For grievances and redressal matters, a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been constituted under Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
