Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited, a gas distribution company, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors for the installation of a CCTV system at SNGPL Stores in Multan, Punjab. The tender enquiry reference is MNT/TE/034/2026 and bids are to be submitted through the EPADS V-1 portal (Tender No F-26061946662). This procurement is conducted under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and represents a critical security infrastructure upgrade for the organization's storage facilities in Multan.
Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department, possess a valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. PEC registration is required for works contracts. The bid documents are available through the EPADS V-1 portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk for a fee of Rs. 1,000/- payable in cash, CDR, SDR, bankers cheque or pay order in favor of SNGPL. Bids must be submitted both digitally through EPADS and in original hard copy form at the Procurement Department, SNGPL (Transmission Office) on Piran Ghaib Road, Multan on or before 13 July 2026 at 1500 hours, with public opening scheduled for 1530 hours the same day. Bidders are advised that non-receipt of hard copy documentation may result in bid rejection.
