Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation invites electronic bids for supply and laying of ceramic tiles at the front wall of the reception hall building of PMDC Tourist Resort Khwera located in the Federal territory. This civil works tender involves ceramic tile installation as per detailed specifications and bill of quantities provided in Annex A. The work scope includes material supply, installation, and completion to specified standards at the tourist resort facility. Interested contractors should note the tender reference PMDC/Pro/Civil Works/Khw/ and the total project cost inclusive of all applicable taxes, with bids to be evaluated on a lowest-price basis among technically responsive bidders.
Eligible bidders must maintain valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 and possess active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue for both income tax and sales tax. A bid security of Rs. 50,000 is required, submitted as a demand draft or pay order from a scheduled bank made in the name of Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation. The successful bidder will be required to deposit additional security money at ten percent of the total contract value, which will be refunded upon successful completion of the defects liability period. All bids must be technically responsive with all mandatory required documents and relevant experience to qualify for evaluation.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, method of procurement, and specifications are available for free download from the EPAD-PPRA website at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPAD on or before 14 July 2026 at 3:00 PM, with tender opening scheduled for the same day at 3:30 PM in the presence of participating bidders.
