Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation, an autonomous corporation under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids for the supply and fabrication of a sculpture of Alexander the Great on horse in fibre glass including civil structure at PMDC Tourist Resort Khwera. This procurement project encompasses the complete supply, fabrication, and installation of the sculpture with all associated civil works. The work is to be executed at the PMDC Tourist Resort located in Khwera, Federal Province. Bidders are required to submit their bids in accordance with the specifications and bill of quantities detailed in Annex-A of the tender document.
Eligibility criteria require interested parties and contractors to possess valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or respective provincial revenue boards for both income tax and sales tax, and must be on the active taxpayer list. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 50,000/- in the form of a demand draft or pay order made in the name of Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation from any scheduled bank. The successful bidder will be required to deposit security money at 10% of the total contract value, with the bid money converted into security deposit and any balance amount due. Materials, equipment, workmanship, and installation practices must strictly conform to relevant standards and latest editions, with all materials being unused and of highest quality. No advance payment or interim running bills are admissible.

Bids must be submitted electronically on EPAD on or before 14 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of participants. Original bid security instruments must be physically submitted to the undersigned before the online submission deadline.
