Description / Scope of Work
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) invites competitive bids for the procurement of All-in-One (AIO) Desktop Machines (T# 25(i)/25-26) and Laptops (T# 25(ii)/25-26) through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). This national competitive bidding process is open to authorized service providers, principal's authorized dealers, distributors, partners, and resellers based in Pakistan. The SECP is headquartered in Islamabad, Federal Province, and this procurement initiative aims to acquire essential computing equipment for organizational operations. The bidding documents are available for download from https://eprocure.gov.pk/ or https://www.secp.gov.pk/procurement/ at no cost.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue or respective revenue boards for both income tax and sales tax, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (Income and Sales Tax) of the Federal Board of Revenue or relevant tax authority. All interested bidders should carefully review the detailed terms and conditions, procurement methodology, bid bond/security requirements, bid validity periods, and evaluation criteria outlined in the comprehensive bidding documents before submission.
Bids prepared in accordance with bidding document instructions must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS platform on or before 1430 hours on July 14, 2026. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 1500 hours. For technical difficulties with EPADS, prospective bidders may contact PPRA at https://www.ppra.org.pk/.
