Description / Scope of Work
Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad, under the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of miscellaneous items for Hino buses, vans and cars in Islamabad. The procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 02:00 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 and manual submissions will not be entertained. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Call Deposit, or alternatively a Bid Security Declaration as specified in the bidding document. Bidders must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the procurement documents.
E-bids will be opened on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 02:30 PM using EPADS v2.0.
