The Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab (IDAP) under the Government of Punjab invites pre-qualification applications from contractors for the establishment of Nawaz Sharif Medical District Lahore, specifically for the Institute of Surgical, Orthopedic and Medical Rehabilitation Lahore external works project. This is an e-procurement tender (Reference 2026/PQ/44) for construction and external development work in Lahore, Punjab. The tender is open to eligible contractors meeting specified qualification criteria across financial soundness, experience record, personnel capabilities, and equipment capabilities. Applicants must possess relevant licenses and demonstrate prior experience with similar nature projects completed within the last ten years.
Eligibility criteria require applicants to be registered with appropriate regulatory bodies and free from any debarment or blacklisting. The application should include the letter of application, joint venture agreement (if applicable), power of attorney, general information forms, financial soundness documentation, and project completion summaries. Applications will be opened and evaluated by the employer's designated committee. Interested contractors should obtain the complete pre-qualification document from IDAP at 50 B-3, Gulberg-III, Lahore.
