The Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab (IDAP) under the Government of Punjab invites pre-qualification applications from eligible contractors for the establishment of Nawaz Sharif Medical District Lahore, specifically for external works related to Children Hospital-II and Institute of Genetics and Blood Diseases. This is an e-procurement tender with reference number 2026/PQ/43. The project is located in Lahore, Punjab, and involves comprehensive external construction and infrastructure works for two major medical facilities within the medical district. The scope encompasses site development, external infrastructure, landscaping, utilities connections, and related external works required for the operational readiness of both the children's hospital and the genetics institute.
Applicants must meet specific eligibility and qualification criteria across four evaluation categories: financial soundness demonstrating adequate capitalization and banking credentials; experience record evidencing successful completion of similar nature projects worth minimum prescribed values within the last ten years; personnel capabilities including qualified site management and technical staff; and equipment capabilities covering essential construction machinery and plant required for project execution. Contractors must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, possess valid National Tax Number (NTN), and hold appropriate business registration. Joint ventures are permitted provided a lead member is designated and all parties execute a joint venture agreement with joint and several liability clause.
Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-procurement portal in the prescribed format along with supporting documents including audited financial statements, project completion certificates, organizational charts, equipment inventory lists, and staff credentials. The application submission deadline is July 16, 2026. Pre-qualification applications will be opened and evaluated according to the published criteria.
