The Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estate in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for oil dehydration and the supply of oil for pad-mounted distribution transformers on a lot-wise basis at Sundar Industrial Estate. This procurement is divided into two discrete lots: Lot-1 covers the supply of 4,500 liters of transformer oil conforming to IEC-60296 standards, and Lot-2 involves the dehydration of 10,000 liters of existing transformer oil. Bidding will be conducted on a single-stage, one-envelope basis under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested suppliers, distributors, contractors, or firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax and maintain active status on the active taxpayers list. Completed bids must be submitted online through the electronic Punjab Procurement Acquisition and Disposal System portal no later than 11:00 AM on 09 July 2026.
