Punjab Small Industries Corporation invites bids for hiring the services of an Event Management Firm to organize and manage the inauguration ceremony of PSIC at Special Industrial Estate (SIE) Mandi Bahauddin in Punjab. The total estimated cost of this procurement is Rs. 4,900,000 inclusive of all applicable taxes. This tender (LP-1510) encompasses full event management services for the inaugural event at the Mandi Bahauddin facility. The scope of work includes complete planning, coordination, and execution of the inauguration ceremony as per the technical specifications and terms outlined in the bidding document.
Eligibility for participation is restricted to Event Management Firms that are already registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Only registered firms are permitted to submit bids through the EPADS portal. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 245,000, equivalent to 5 percent of the total estimated cost, in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order made in the name of PSIC. This security ensures compliance and serious participation in the bidding process.
Bidding shall be conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested firms should download the Standard Bidding Documents from the PPRA and EPADS websites at no cost. Bids must be uploaded on the EPADS portal with the original bid security documents submitted physically to the Assistant Director (Purchase), PSIC Head Office, 1st Floor PSIC House, 23-A Davis Road Lahore, before the closing time. The bid submission deadline is 10.07.2026 at 11:00 AM with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid validity is 120 days from submission date.
