Govt. College of Technology Bahawalpur, under the Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), is procuring training materials for the Building Painter program. The estimated contract value is Rs. 1,434,000, with a bid security of Rs. 28,680 required. This single-stage, one-envelope procurement is conducted through national competitive bidding on the e-PADS (e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System) platform, based in Bahawalpur, Punjab. The training materials are essential for delivering quality vocational education in the building painter trade.
Bidders must be active tax filers registered on e-PADS and enrolled with both Income Tax and Sales Tax departments to be eligible for participation.
