Description / Scope of Work
The 60 Bedded Hospital Khurrianwala, located in Faisalabad, Punjab, invites electronic bids for a framework contract to supply laboratory items for the fiscal year 2026-27. The estimated procurement value is PKR 3 million, and this tender is open to well-reputed firms registered on the E-PADS (Electronic Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) in relevant categories. The scope encompasses the supply of various laboratory consumables and materials required for the hospital's laboratory operations throughout the financial year.
Bidders must be registered on E-PADS and are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR, bank draft, or pay order made payable to the Medical Superintendent, 60 Bedded Hospital Khurrianwala, Faisalabad. Successful bidders will be required to deposit a performance guarantee equal to 2% of the total contract value as CDR, bank draft, or bank guarantee, which shall be refunded upon successful completion of contract obligations. All item rates must be inclusive of government taxes, and conditional, unsigned, incomplete, or doubtful bids will be rejected.
Bid documents are available for download from the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the E-PADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 10 July 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent by the tender opening committee in the presence of available bidders or their authorized representatives. The procurement process shall be conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and PPRA regulations 2024.
