Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed bids from well-reputed manufacturers, firms, companies and authorized distributors registered with the Income Tax Department for the procurement of MS and GI sheets. This is a national competitive bidding process conducted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under rule 38(2-a) of PPR-14. The tender is for the supply of mild steel and galvanized iron sheets required for operational purposes in Rawalpindi, Punjab. Bidding documents are available for free download from the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the EPADS portal (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) immediately after publication.
Bidders must be well-reputed manufacturers, firms or authorized distributors registered with the Income Tax Department. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS website in complete conformity with the bidding document requirements. Original bid security in hard form must be submitted to the RWMC Head Office at 81-A/1, Iran Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, by the closing date and time. The tender follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure with technical bid opening conducted on the same day as submission.
Bids must be duly completed, signed and stamped before submission. Technical bids will be opened online through EPADS on 10 July 2026 at 11:30 hours in the presence of prospective bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
