Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Multan, operating under the Sewerage Division North, invites bids from eligible engineering firms and contractors for the provision and fixing of safety nets for existing manholes in Sewerage Division North, Multan, Punjab. This single-stage, single-envelope e-tendering project carries an estimated cost of Rs 3,998,534 with a completion period of 15 days. The work is located in Multan and will be executed as per the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) E-Tendering System and updated PPRA Rules.
Eligibility is restricted to firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and codes, and currently registered on the Punjab e-PADS website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders must submit an Earnest Money deposit in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to TWO percent (2%) of the estimated cost, equivalent to Rs 79,971, in favour of the Director Finance WASA Multan. The CDR must be uploaded with the e-bid no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled tender opening time, and the original physical CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Head Clerk at the Deputy Director Sewerage Division North WASA office at Gulgasht Colony near Pizza Hut, Multan, on or before 11:00 AM on the closing date.
Bids shall be submitted exclusively through the e-PADS portal at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk in PDF format as per PPRA Regulations-2024. Tender closing and opening will occur on 10-07-2026 with closing at 11:00 AM and opening at 11:30 AM at the office of the Director Works, WASA, situated at 316-A Shamasabad Colony, WASA Head Office, Multan. Bidders must quote rates against each item in figures and words, calculate totals for each item, and maintain a bid validity period of 120 days.
