Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power PVT. LTD (QASPL) invites bids for a frame work contract to hire a contractor for the construction and restoration of tilted and damaged boundary wall spanning 5000 running feet at the Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park and 100MW Plant located at Bahawalpur site in Punjab. This is a specialized construction project aimed at securing and protecting the solar facility infrastructure through proper boundary wall reconstruction. The project scope includes demolition of damaged sections, foundation work, masonry construction, and finishing to restore the boundary wall to required specifications and structural integrity.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors with relevant experience in civil construction and boundary wall projects. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals along with required documentation establishing their eligibility and qualifications. A bid security in the form of bank guarantee or cash is mandatory as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must demonstrate adequate technical capacity, financial standing, and past project experience for similar construction works.
