Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Head Quarter Hospital Kallar Syedan, District Rawalpindi, under the Health & Population Department of Punjab, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, distributors and firms for the supply of printing items on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-2027. The estimated cost of this procurement is Rs. 2,000,000 (two million rupees). This framework contract covers printing services required by the hospital in Kallar Syedan, Rawalpindi District, and is open to all eligible bidders meeting the specified criteria.
Eligible bidders must provide a 2% bid security amounting to Rs. 40,000 in the form of a bank guarantee, CDR, pay order, demand draft, or banker's cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan, payable to the name of the Medical Superintendent. Additionally, a 5% performance guarantee will be required upon contract award. Bidders must possess valid registration letters, certificates of tax identification, income tax, and general sales tax documentation as applicable. The bidding procedure follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and is conducted through open competitive bidding using a single stage, one envelope methodology.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) at https://eprocure.gov.pk and on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual submissions are not permitted. The closing date for bid submission is 11 July 2026 at 12:00 PM, with tender opening scheduled for 01:00 PM the same day at the office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Kallar Syedan.
