Description / Scope of Work
The National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGC), formerly known as NTDC, invites sealed competitive bids for the construction of a residential colony and allied civil works at the 220/132KV Grid Station located in Gharo. This single-stage two-envelope tender is being executed under NGC's own resources and represents a significant infrastructure development project in Punjab province. The tender documents (Volume-1) detail the commercial and technical conditions governing the procurement, with construction scope including residential units, ancillary infrastructure, and related civil engineering works at the grid station facility.
