Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Single Window, the notified operating entity for the PSW system under the PSW Act 2021 and a company incorporated under section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, invites electronic bids through PPRA's ePADS portal for ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Audit and Certification services. This procurement is open to experienced vendors who are registered suppliers on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). The tender is being conducted in Islamabad, Federal Province, with a closing date of 13 July 2026.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS to participate in this tender and can register electronically at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, procurement method, bid securing declaration requirements, bid validity, evaluation criteria, and performance guarantee details can be downloaded from the PSW website. The tendering process shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Pakistan's Public Procurement Rules 2004. Prospective bidders may request clarifications on bidding documents until 2 July 2026.
Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS before 1500 hours on 13 July 2026, with the mandatory bid securing declaration sent via email to procurement@psw.gov.pk before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1530 hours at the Procurement Department, Pakistan Single Window, Ground Floor, NESPAK Building, Near State Bank, G-5/2, Islamabad.
