Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College Teaching Hospital Sukkur, under the Government of Sindh Health Department, invites electronic bids for the provision of security guard services for the financial year 2026-27. This tender covers the recruitment and deployment of security personnel to provide comprehensive security services at the hospital premises in Sukkur, Sindh. The procurement is open to registered bidders and shall be conducted through the EPADS electronic bidding system with a tender validity period of 90 days. All interested contractors, security service providers, and suppliers must register on the ERAD system at http://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk for electronic bid submission.
Bidders must possess valid security licensing and experience in providing institutional security services. A performance security deposit of 5 percent in the shape of pay order is mandatory. Bidders are required to submit original pay orders for tender fees and bid security separately with their covering letters. The procuring agency reserves the right to physically inspect and verify all proposed security personnel prior to contract award, assessing their availability, fitness, discipline, turnout, and compliance with minimum eligibility requirements as specified in the bidding documents. Only qualified personnel meeting prescribed standards shall be awarded contract.
