Pakistan Railways invites sealed bids for the lease of Royal Palm Golf & Country Club (RPGCC) in Lahore, Pakistan for a primary lease period of 21 years with further extension option for 14 years. This is a golden investment opportunity in Asia's premier golf and country club facility. Bids are invited from renowned local and international firms, companies, and joint ventures with relevant experience in golf club and hospitality business management. The tender is open to qualified investors seeking to develop and operate a high-end recreational and hospitality facility in Punjab's major city.
Eligible bidders must possess relevant expertise in golf club operations and hospitality business. A bid security of Pakistani Rupees 10 (Ten) Million is mandatory and must be enclosed with the technical proposal as per the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidding documents are available for download from Pakistan Railways website (www.pakrail.gov.pk), Royal Palm Golf & Country Club website (www.rpgcc.com), and PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). A pre-bid conference will be held on 14th July 2026 at 11:00 hrs PST at Royal Palm Golf & Country Club, 52 Canal Bank, Lahore. Sealed bids must be delivered at the Facilitation Office not later than 11th August 2026 at 14:30 hrs PST. Technical proposals will be opened on the same date at 15:00 hrs PST in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
