Description / Scope of Work
Universal Service Fund Co. invites electronic bids from Original Manufacturers and Authorized distributors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for annual support services to the existing USF TEMS Portfolio for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers comprehensive maintenance and technical support services for the TEMS (Telecom Equipment Management System) portfolio. The scope includes all necessary support services required to maintain operational continuity of the existing TEMS infrastructure throughout FY 2026-27. The procuring organization is based in Islamabad, Federal region, and is seeking qualified vendors with proven expertise in TEMS-related technical support and equipment management.
Eligible bidders must be Original Manufacturers or Authorized distributors who maintain current registration with both the Income Tax Department and Sales Tax Department of Pakistan. Prospective bidders are required to meet all specified technical qualifications and compliance requirements as detailed in the e-bidding documents. All submissions must adhere to regulatory guidelines and procurement regulations established by the Universal Service Fund.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 11:00 AM PST on 09 July 2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM PST on 09 July 2026.
