Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Sindh, through its Reform Support Unit under the Education & Literacy Department, is seeking expressions of interest for an Individual Consultant position under the Sindh Early Learning Enhancement through Classroom Transformation (SELECT) project. This World Bank-funded initiative, with project ID P172834, aims to enhance early learning outcomes through innovative classroom transformation strategies in Sindh province. The procurement is being conducted using the Individual Consultant Selection method in accordance with World Bank guidelines, with the borrower bid reference PK-RSU-SINDH-549934-CS-INDV. The project scope encompasses supporting classroom transformation initiatives that will improve the quality of early childhood education delivery across the province.
Eligibility criteria for interested consultants include professional qualifications relevant to early learning enhancement and classroom transformation, with preference given to candidates with experience in educational reforms and project implementation in Pakistan. Applicants must demonstrate expertise in education sector development, curriculum design, or institutional strengthening. Interested candidates are required to submit complete expressions of interest demonstrating their relevant experience, educational background, and capacity to contribute to the project objectives. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated based on the selection criteria outlined in the detailed request for expressions of interest document.
