Description / Scope of Work
The Irrigation Department, Government of the Punjab, Kirana Division LJC Sargodha, invites tenders for concrete lining works on three minor irrigation channels in Sargodha district. The three contracts comprise: Concrete Lining of Walla Minor RD 0+000 to 18+358 (Tail) with estimated cost Rs. 7,56,77,640 and completion period of 18 months; Concrete Lining of Mehri Minor RD 0+000 to 9+850 (Tail) with estimated cost Rs. 3,95,90,862 and completion period of 12 months; and Concrete Lining of Barana Minor RD 0+000 to 4+013 (Tail). These works fall under civil construction and irrigation infrastructure development for the Kirana Sub Division.
Tenders are invited on a percentage/item rate basis from eligible civil contractors. Bidders must possess valid contractor registration and appropriate licenses as per government procurement rules. The earnest money deposits required are Rs. 37,83,882 for Walla Minor, Rs. 19,79,543 for Mehri Minor, and corresponding amounts for Barana Minor. Bid security must be submitted as per tender specifications, and all documents should bear the official stamp and signature of the issuing officer.
Tender documents are issued by the Executive Engineer, Kirana Division LJC, Sargodha, with a closing date of 15 July 2026. Interested contractors should obtain complete tender documents from the issuing office and submit sealed bids within the prescribed time frame. All submissions must be made to the office of the Executive Engineer, Kirana Division L.J.C, Sargodha.
