The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO), through its Material Management and Chief Engineer office located at 22-A Queens Road in Lahore, Punjab, is inviting national competitive bids for maintenance and support services of the Customer Information and Billing System (CIBS). This tender (Reference No. 4385) covers non-consultancy services on a national basis using a single stage-two envelope bidding process. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive maintenance, technical support, system administration, and operational assistance for the CIBS platform to ensure continuous and reliable billing operations across LESCO's service territory. The tender is open to qualified service providers and technical organizations with relevant experience in utility billing system maintenance and customer information management.
