Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University, Islamabad invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of desktop computers under its FY 2026-27 procurement plan. This is a national goods procurement conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-Two Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique, in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement is processed by the Senior Program Officer at the Treasurer Department, 3rd Floor, Faculty Block-2, Comsats University Islamabad, located in Islamabad Capital Territory.
Bidders must be eligible as per the procurement authority's eligibility criteria and are required to submit a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft, or alternatively furnish a Bid Security Declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Interested bidders should carefully review all terms and conditions, technical specifications, and requirements detailed in the standard bidding document before preparing their submissions.
All bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
