The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) is inviting sealed bids from reputable companies and importers for the supply, installation, commissioning and testing of a brand new digital production printing machine at CPSP Headquarters in Karachi, Sindh. This is a single-unit procurement for a high-capacity printing system required to support the organization's administrative and publication operations. Interested bidders must obtain tender documents at a non-refundable cost of Rs. 2500 from the Purchase Department at CPSP Headquarters, 7th Central Street Phase-II, DHA Karachi (phone 021-99266400-10 ext. 330,237), the Operation Department at CPSP Regional Centre in Lahore next to INMOL Hospital Block-D, New Muslim Town (phone 042-99231320-8), or the Operation Department at CPSP Regional Centre in Islamabad, Sector G-8/3 Ravi Road (phone 051-9262590-1). Two separate sealed bids—one technical and one financial—must be submitted to the Secretary CPSP by 31st August 2026 at 12:15 PM. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders. The management reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per law.
