Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of laptop and desktop computers through single-stage one envelope bidding process. The procurement will be conducted using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines issued by the Authority from time to time. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/81305. All interested bidders must register themselves on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process and obtain the required bidding documents.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to prepare their e-bids in accordance with the instructions contained in the e-bidding documents and submit them through EPADS v2.0 on or before the closing date of August 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened using EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained. Vendors who have not yet registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 may register themselves on https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
In terms of Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004, the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for the subject procurement.
