Description / Scope of Work
A public sector organization invites bids for an auction of various types of used materials and scrap offered on an 'as is and where is' basis. The auction comprises twelve distinct lots including aluminum shavings mixed complete lots, aluminum chips blocks weighing 90 tons, aluminum slag at 70 tons, U/s shipping containers, MS iron scrap, machinery tools and equipment, U/s computers and photocopiers, miscellaneous scrap items, U/s tyres and tubes in multiple sizes, stainless steel scrap, U/s batteries, and old newspapers with shredded papers. The procurement reference is PID(1)10364/25 and the scope encompasses a comprehensive collection of industrial and commercial waste materials available for competitive bidding in Sindh province.
Interested parties must check the store locations from 06 July 2026 to 09 July 2026 during office hours 0900hrs to 1500hrs at KRL Cricket Ground, Dhaka Ghazi, Chain Chowk, Rawalpindi and other specified locations to obtain the Terms and Conditions Form and inspect materials. Visiting parties are required to bring their original computerized national identity card for identification purposes. Successful bidders must deposit 25 percent security-earned money of the total value for each lot, which is non-refundable. Income tax at 10 percent from filer and 20 percent from non-filer will be charged on the total value from highest bidders as per government rules.
The auction process will start on 09 July 2026 at 10:00 hours in the presence of the paragraphs. Bid documents can be obtained and submitted at the designated locations during the specified viewing period. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without showing any reason.
