Description / Scope of Work
Fouji Foundation Head Office is conducting an open auction for the disposal of computer and server scrap materials currently held at Fouji Tower. The auction encompasses seven distinct lots containing a comprehensive range of IT equipment and components including laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, servers, network switches, LCD/LED displays, keyboards, mice, projectors, chargers, biometric devices, and consumables such as used toners totaling over 500 units. The scrap materials originating from remaining items of CB-2024 and CB-2025 budgetary cycles are available for inspection at Fouji Tower on any weekday excluding Saturdays and Sundays prior to bid submission. Interested bidders are invited to participate in this competitive auction process for computerised hardware disposal.
Bidders must submit a tender security equal to ten percent of the quoted price via pay order in the name of Fouji Foundation Head Office. In the event of open bidding, bidders are required to deposit twenty-five percent of the quoted value as earnest money deposit. Successful bidders must complete all payments and remove goods within two days of receiving approval from the Procurement Officer, failing which the security deposit will be forfeited without exception. Current applicable tax laws will be levied on the quoted prices. Fouji Foundation reserves the right to cancel any or all tenders at its sole discretion.
Tender forms are obtainable from the office. All sealed tenders must be submitted to the Procurement Office, Fouji Foundation Head Office, by 10:00 AM on 19 August 2026 (Wednesday). Tenders will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders. Staff members of Fouji Foundation are barred from participating.
