Defence Housing Authority Lahore invites sealed bids for the Construction of Masjid in Sector-III, Block-A, Phase-XI (Rahbar) DHA Lahore. The estimated project cost is Rs 116 Million with completion expected within 24 months. This tender encompasses comprehensive civil works including public health systems, electrical installations, fire alarm systems, CCTV infrastructure, HVAC systems, and public address systems. The project is located in Lahore, Punjab, and represents a significant infrastructure development within the Defence Housing Authority's residential community.
Eligible bidders must be registered DHA Lahore firms or joint venture partnerships where both entities maintain independent registration with DHA Lahore and possess relevant experience in executing similar works. Bidders require a valid PEC license for the financial year 2025/2026 with a D-1 category or above, along with valid company registration. Bid security of 2 percent of the quoted amount must be submitted as a CDR or Pay Order from a Schedule Bank of Pakistan in favour of Defence Housing Authority Lahore. Any bids exceeding the financial limit or those with invalid PEC category shall be rejected.
Bidding documents are available from 30 June 2026 to 13 July 2026 from the DHA Lahore office upon payment of Rs 10,000 non-refundable fee. Required documents include written purchase request, authority letter for tender collection, valid PEC and DHA Lahore registration certificates, proof of similar work execution within three years, and NTNC tax clearance along with bank account maintenance certificate. The pre-bid conference is scheduled at the 3rd Floor Conference Room, Main Office Complex Sector-A, Phase-VI DHA Lahore. Sealed bids must be delivered by 14 July 2026 at 1100 hours and will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders and DHA representatives.
