Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Sheikhupura invites sealed bids for the re-construction and rehabilitation of Jamia Masjid UM Mul Qurah at the Government Health and Educational Complex Nangal Sahidhan Tehsil Muridke, District Sheikhupura under ADP No.11 FY 2026-27. The estimated DNIT cost is Rs 197.494 million with a project duration of 18 months. This tender is based on item rates on approved DNIT and is open to contractors and firms enlisted or renewed with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) holding valid PEC licenses in category C4 or above, depending on the DNIT cost and specialized codes CE09, CE10 and EE04. The procurement process is conducted entirely through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS) in compliance with PPRA rules and regulations.
Bidders must possess a valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) license in category C4 or higher and relevant specialized codes as specified in the tender documents. Contractors and firms are required to register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit earnest money in the form of a CDR, bank draft or cashier's cheque equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated DNIT cost, amounting to Rs 9.875 million. Original PEC CDR or bank draft/cashiers cheque must accompany the tender submission to the Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Sheikhupura by the closing time. Conditional tenders and those lacking earnest money shall be rejected outright.

The last date for bid submission online is 27 August 2026 at 01:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 01:30 PM at the office of the Commissioner Lahore Division in the presence of attending contractors or their authorized representatives holding Power of Attorney.
