Description / Scope of Work
A Public Sector Organization is inviting sealed tenders from reputable firms and contractors for the construction of a Speed Breeding Facility at NIAB, Faisalabad, Punjab. The estimated cost of this project is Rs. 31.436 million. The tender number is 06/2026/PB, and the project will be executed at the NIAB campus in Faisalabad. Tender documents are available for purchase at Rs. 5,000 in the form of a Certified Demand Draft (CDR) from the office of the Admin Officer (Procurement) during working hours, Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1500 hours. Document issuance closes one day before the opening date.
Eligible bidders must be reputable firms or contractors with active GST and NTN registration, their own offices and telephone numbers. Bid Security equivalent to 2 percent of the bid value must be submitted in the form of a CDR in favour of the Principal Accounts Officer, NIAB. The Bid Security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope with the tender number clearly marked. Two copies of the Bill of Quantities—one original and one photocopy—must be submitted, both sealed, pre-signed, stamped and labelled with the work name. Incomplete bids will be rejected as non-responsive.
Sealed tenders must be received by 1400 hours on 27 August 2026, with opening at 1430 hours the same day. The tender follows a Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure.
