Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) invites sealed bids from experienced, reputable contracting firms holding valid PEC licenses under category C-5 and above with specialized codes CE-10 to participate in bidding for stucco paint works at underpasses and flyover structures at CBD Square and CBD Flyover in Punjab. This tender is issued under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PCBDDA Procurement Regulations 2024. The tender fee is Rs. 25,000 (non-refundable) and the estimated project scope involves professional paint application works at these prominent infrastructure locations within the Central Business District.
Applicant firms must not be debarred or blacklisted by any government, semi-government, public department, or international body. Only firms meeting the specified eligibility criteria are permitted to compete in this open bidding process. The bid security (PKR 1,000,000) must be submitted in the form of an original bank guarantee or pay order/demand draft issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of Punjab Central Business District Development Authority. All bidding documents must be clearly marked with the specific name of work and properly addressed to the Director Procurement, PCBDDA, CBD Complex, Old Walton Airport, near Naval Base, Lahore.

Sealed bids must be submitted at the Procurement Directorate Office, PCBDDA, CBD Complex (Old Walton Airport), near Naval Base, LT (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore on or before July 14, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bid opening is scheduled for July 14, 2026 at 12:30 PM on the same date. No bid will be entertained without the required bid security. PCBDDA reserves the right to accept or reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance.
