Description / Scope of Work
National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC), a corporate entity formerly NTDC, invites sealed bids from eligible firms and bidders for the construction of a residential colony and allied civil works at the 220/132kV grid station located in Gharo, Punjab. This project is conducted on the basis of National Competitive Bidding (NCB) through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. The tender encompasses comprehensive civil construction works including residential infrastructure and associated facilities at the designated grid station site. Bidders must be registered with the relevant professional bodies and possess requisite experience in similar infrastructure projects. A non-refundable bid security of Rs. 3,000 is required from each bidder, payable as a bank draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of the Chief Engineer (MP&M) NGC.
