Description / Scope of Work
The Tourism Development Corporation Punjab (TDCP) invites sealed bids for the establishment of new terminals and reopening of existing terminals in Lahore, showcasing this service in Punjab. The estimated project cost is 35,988 (M) with a bid security of 1.799 (M). This procurement aims to enhance tourism infrastructure and service delivery across Punjab's transportation network. The project is classified under PIC License Category C-3 and above, requiring eligible bidders to hold the relevant PIC License in this category as per PPRA Regulations 2024. The scope covers terminal establishment and operational setup to support tourism activities throughout the province.
Eligible bidders must possess a valid PIC License in the C-3 and above category. Bids must be submitted by well-reputed firms registered on PADS as per PPRA Regulations 2024. The bid security is required in the shape of a CIDA unconditional Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) for an amount of 1.799 million. All contractors participating in e-tendering through EPADS must be in FBIS (Federal Board of Investment Services) technical criteria. In case of false information or fake CIDA/unconditional Bank Guarantee, the contractor will be liable to disqualification and ineligibility for future TDCP tenders as per PPRA Rules.
Bidding documents are available for download from the website www.tdcp.gov.pk/tenders or through EPADS. Bidders may obtain documents from the TDCP Head Office in Lahore at no cost. The bid must be submitted electronically through e-PADS on or before the deadline. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 08-07-2026 at 1300 hours at the Conference Room, PMU-TDCP, 68-Trade Center Block, M.A. Johar Town, Lahore 54782. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM.
