Description / Scope of Work
Alliance Health Care Pvt Ltd, a leading healthcare group in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids from reputable firms of Chartered Accountants for the outsourcing of internal audit function services. The selected firm will conduct comprehensive internal audit activities to strengthen governance, internal controls, risk management, regulatory compliance, and financial oversight. Scope of work includes evaluating internal control systems, financial controls, and operational procedures; reviewing procurement, inventory, payroll, revenue cycles, and expenditures; ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standard operating procedures; identifying control weaknesses; and delivering quarterly risk and performance reports to management and the audit committee.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be duly registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan with minimum five years of continuous professional practice demonstrating internal audit experience, maintain a functional registered office in Peshawar, deploy at least two full-time qualified audit professionals on-site, and ensure supervision by a qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant post-qualification experience in risk management and internal audit. Firms must meet all technical and financial competency requirements as outlined in the detailed terms of reference.
Proposals must be submitted in separate sealed technical and financial envelopes containing firm profile, registration details, organizational presence in Peshawar, details of relevant experience, qualifications and CVs of the proposed engagement team and supervisor, proposed audit methodology and work approach, and financial proposal or fee quotation.
