This is a fabrication contract for two mini tripper/dumper units from the Tehsil Municipal Administration Bahrain.
The scope is modest—two vehicles—but the work is specialized steel fabrication to custom specifications with supplied chassis. Bidders must be registered on EPADS with valid NTN, GST, and 3S facility; this signals a formal, compliance-heavy procurement typical of municipal procurement. The bid security is 2% (relatively low), and all rates must include delivery and taxes. Training obligation post-supply adds operational credibility requirement. One-off contract with September 2026 closing.
Who can bid: Bidders must be duly registered on the EPADS portal and hold valid NTN, GST, and 3S facility certificates issued in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Manufacturers and fabricators with established sale, service, and spare parts facilities in KP are preferred. Typically, such fabrication contracts require proof of technical capability, workshop facilities, and prior similar work experience, though the notice does not explicitly state these.
